Muscle Generator: best photos and fixes.

Photos that show the change

Muscles show most in the shoulders, arms and chest, so a waist-up or full-length photo, standing and facing the camera, gives the clearest result. Short sleeves or tank tops make the change obvious; a thick coat hides it. Selfies that show only the face leave almost nothing to change. Keep your arms a little away from your body; arms in front of the torso blend into it.

Choosing a build

Fit is lean and toned, like regular training. Athletic is broader and stronger, like a sports player. Bodybuilder is big and heavily muscled and gives the biggest change. If one level is too much or too little, try the next one; the aim at every level is to keep your face the same.

Clothes stretch with you

Your clothes are kept and refitted, so a t-shirt stretches over broader shoulders and sleeves get tighter. Patterns and logos may shift a little. Very loose clothes may hide the change, and a buttoned shirt can look strained at Bodybuilder, which is part of the joke. Under a jacket or hoodie the muscle is a guess, so a plain, fitted top changes best.

Keeping it realistic

Check the background next to the body: walls and door frames should still be straight. Hands and the line between arms and torso are where errors appear first. If something looks off, regenerate once. The face, skin tone and age are kept, so the result should still look like you.

What it isn't

This is a visual effect, not a prediction of what training would do to your body, and it isn't fitness or health advice. Use adult photos, share results honestly, and don't use them to pressure yourself or anyone else.

Muscle Generator FAQ.

Can I use someone else's photo?

Use photos of yourself, or of people who are happy for you to edit their picture. Don't use the result to mock, embarrass or deceive anyone.

Will my face change?

The aim is to keep your face, skin tone and age the same; only the build and the fit of the clothes should change.

Does it show what training would do?

No. It is a picture effect for fun. It can't show what training would do and isn't fitness or health advice.

Does it work on women?

Yes. Fit and Athletic give toned, defined arms and shoulders; Bodybuilder is a very large build, so Fit is a good start.

Is the Muscle generator free?

Yes, you can try it free. New accounts get 15 free credits, and one generation here uses 9 credits. You sign in with your email; no card needed. Results have no watermark. After that, plans add credits every month and credit packs never expire.
